An award-winning multi-discipline practice is looking to grow their consultancy division with the addition of an Associate Building Surveyor. My client is looking for a competent Chartered Building Surveyor to support the Senior team with several long-term education, residential and leisure schemes in North London and Hertfordshire. You will work closely with Senior Associates and Partners delivering new build, maintenance and refurbishment programmes.
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be pro-active and well-rounded. Proven project experience and confidence in managing integral stakeholder relationships is essential. The role is to lead multiple programmes at once, with values ranging from £150k to £2 million. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional looking for the next steps in their career, as you will be offered a transparent development programme which encourages promotion. The practice will provide full support and mentorship to assist with progression to full Partnership status.
