This role involves rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm. You will operate in line with company values to provide excellent customer service to retail teams and drivers, collaborate with DC loading teams, and meet all legal requirements.
The key responsibilities include:
- Conduct driver pre-shift briefings and de-briefings.
- Manage drivers' daily activities.
- Perform R2C data entry and complete Scania grading/reports.
- Conduct return-to-work meetings, reviews at 4/8/12 weeks, and conduct/absence investigations.
- Provide customer service support to retail teams when needed.
- Liaise with DC teams and complete near-miss reporting.
- Support the Transport Shift Manager as required.
