We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Lead to join our team on a full time permanent basis, driving success and performance of our customers and their applications and services, reporting into the Head of IT Service and Operations. Based in Milton Keynes you will spend at least 60% of your time within our Head Office.
As the Service Delivery Lead you will work closely with the wider IT team and the key business stakeholders to promote a centre of service excellence ensuring that internal customer requirements and service expectations are understood and delivered to time, budget and quality.
Some of the key activities in this role will be:
- Planning, implementing and controlling the review of service provision
- Defining, negotiating and implementing service level agreements for business services
- Accountable for all change management activities including release and transition stage gates
- Full budget responsibility for your services
- Building strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Extensive experience of end-to-end Application Management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate IT language into business facing language
- Strong stakeholder management making a priority of building strong relationships and communication channels with customers including IT Service Partner Teams
- Proactive ownership approach to problems and issues
- Ability to manage multiple multi-budget, complex suppliers
- Experience of customer journey mapping and driving the improvement to customer experience
