About Our Client

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Dispatcher to join their dynamic Regional Dispatch Team. Based at one of the dispatch centres, you will be responsible for delivering and executing optimised transport plans using our In-House planning system, supporting drivers, and acting as a key link between operations, sales, and customers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Mobilising daily operations – ensure drivers are ready and set up for success.
- Managing NDRs and recycling Line of Business (LOB) using our Fleetwatch tool.
- Deploying and refining delivery plans using the In-House platform.
- Proactively communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure plan execution.
- Monitoring driver performance in real-time to adjust and optimise deliveries.
- Problem-solving on the go, adapting to same-day requests where capacity allows.

- Within the team you will be strategically planning every route for maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.

Shifts & Focus Areas
- Early Shift: Driver setup and morning mobilisation.
- Day Shift: Plan execution, NDR management, stakeholder support.
- Late Shift: Building and deploying the most optimal plan for next-day delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a complex, multi-site logistics environment
- Analytical thinker with hands-on routing/planning experience
- Knowledge of vehicle routing tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder skills
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and results-driven
- Experience in fuel distribution or multi-drop logistics is a plus
