We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee clean water mains renewal projects within our Capital Delivery Team. This role involves managing schemes such as slip lining, open cut, pipe bursting, and upgrades to ensure the safety, quality, and timely delivery of water network projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Review and interpret project design drawings, challenging designs for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SHE standards
  • Valid UK driving license
  • SMSTS or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of water network techniques and experience in mains renewal schemes
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts
