Responsibilities
- Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)
- Lead 6S implementation
- Champion OTIF (On Time In Full) as the key performance metric.
- Ensure every process is aligned with delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Production Planning & Execution
- Design and optimise processes for high-volume simple manufacturing environments
- Define and monitor KPIs, ensure strict process compliance.
- Lead operational teams through ERP implementation in 2025, ensuring robust transition and realisation of efficiencies.
- Onboard and manage critical suppliers, assess performance, and streamline supply chain processes.
- Prepare for anticipated growth and complexity in supplier networks.
- Lead cross-functional CI initiatives - production, warehousing, logistics, packing, and customer service.
