Under the guidance of the Head of Learning, the LMS Support Lead ensures a seamless user experience by assisting with platform configuration, content deployment, troubleshooting, and user support. The role involves technical and operational support for the LMS, including configuration, user access, content delivery, and supporting the upcoming LMS migration scheduled for September, which includes setup, testing, and data transfer. Responsibilities include handling SCORM/xAPI content uploads, SSO setup, system integrations, and collaborating with instructional designers for content rollout, ensuring a user-friendly LMS experience for learners, instructors, and stakeholders. Familiarity with Absorb or Moodle is preferred but not essential. Basic video editing skills for training recordings and webinars are also required. The secondary focus includes providing IT support across platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, and JobAdder, as well as supporting remote equipment setup.
