100% remote working team. Occasional trips to Majorca. Salary: c30-40k. Experience in E-Learning, online training, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required. This company provides a digital learning platform for businesses and individuals in the yachting, hospitality, and corporate sectors. Since 2018, they have grown to 40 employees and have a pipeline of projects, including a new LMS platform launching in 2025. They are leaders in their sector, offering growth opportunities within the team and company.

Under the guidance of the Head of Learning, the LMS Support Lead ensures a seamless user experience by assisting with platform configuration, content deployment, troubleshooting, and user support. The role involves technical and operational support for the LMS, including configuration, user access, content delivery, and supporting the upcoming LMS migration scheduled for September, which includes setup, testing, and data transfer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling SCORM/xAPI content uploads
  • SSO setup
  • System integrations
  • Collaborating with instructional designers for content rollout

Ensuring a user-friendly LMS experience for learners, instructors, and stakeholders. Familiarity with Absorb or Moodle is preferred but not essential. Basic video editing skills for training recordings and webinars are also required.

The secondary focus includes providing IT support across platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, and JobAdder, as well as supporting remote equipment setup. The team culture is bright, positive, friendly, and entrepreneurial. Despite being remote across Europe, they foster strong support and camaraderie, with occasional in-person retreats in the UK and Spain for team bonding.
