Mondrian Alpha has partnered with a rapidly growing asset manager to help them secure an ambitious Finance Manager to oversee the corporate accounting function and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the wider finance team and external service providers to ensure robust and timely financial control. This will own the financial modelling, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes for the management company and communicate findings with the wider business. Given the firm’s rapid growth, they are seeking someone proactive who can help streamline systems and processes, working collaboratively with the broader finance, tech, and operations teams. We are looking to speak with highly progressive individuals who are eager to add value in a visible and impactful role. You should have 1–3+ years PQE with experience within the buy-side space (experience doing accounts preparation for a financial services firm whilst working in an accounting practice is acceptable). The firm is prepared to offer up to a 20% increase on your current base salary, with bonuses at this level typically ranging from 40–60%. 4 days a week in the office.
