As our new Cinematic Production Coordinator, you will work alongside the cinematic team to ensure cinematic production runs smoothly. You will work under the guidance of the Cinematic Director and the Lead Animator to provide production data and coordinate schedules, as well as assisting with task tracking, coordinate motion capture shoots and day to day organization tasks. You will also collaborate with the production team to align dependencies and timelines.

We’re looking for a candidate with good understanding of different production methodologies and has experience in the game development cycle. You’ll be joining the team at a crucial time for the studio as we grow and develop our team, which will offer a great career opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain standardised production documentation.
  • Coordinate and interface with internal and external teams when necessary.
  • Produce and maintain accurate reports in a clear standardised format.
  • Produce meeting minutes.
  • Produce and maintain schedules based on projections and estimates.
  • Help organise motion capture shoots and keep detailed logs and tracking of assets.
Requirements
  • Professional video game development experience is a must for this position, ideally within an Animation team.
  • Previous experience co-ordinating development tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
  • Strong math skills.
  • General understanding of video game animation production a plus.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and dealing with competing priorities.
