Role Overview Mission of the role: To assist the retrofit coordinator in delivering a top-tier retrofit service, ensuring full compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in producing high-standard retrofit documentation such as IOEs and MTPs using RDSap software. Manage audits from TrustMark and liaise with external installers. Support the creation of retrofit designs and ventilation strategies. Contribute to TrustMark lodgements and gain practical experience while progressing through the Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination. Help deliver high-quality retrofit projects aligning with client SLAs. Provide excellent service to ensure project quality. Candidate Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Effective communication skills. Ability to interpret specifications and scope of works. At least 2 years of experience in the ECO industry. Relevant industry qualification at Level 3, such as domestic energy assessor or retrofit advisor.
