Responsibilities include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Being the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries. Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge as a brand ambassador. Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers. Assisting customers with outfit building and product recommendations. Assessing customer needs and providing information on product features. Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements. Maintaining shop and stockroom presentation and organization. About YOU You have experience connecting with consumers, preferably in hospitality or retail. You are an effective communicator and collaborative team player. You inspire trust and celebrate team contributions. You adapt quickly and act with purpose on the shop floor. You take ownership and make informed in-store decisions.
