Key responsibilities Working with managers to develop a culture of ‘high support and high challenge’ within their teams Helping colleagues to build personal resilience Understanding complex casework and using it to create meaningful change Supporting line managers and colleagues to reach their full potential Understanding the challenges our stakeholders and frontline colleagues face day in and day out, and how you can support them About you Chartered CIPD status Broad HR experience gained in a range of different sectors Pragmatic and able to get stuck into a broad range of ER/Casework (disciplinary and grievance, capability, performance, attendance etc), as well as guide and advise line managers Strong relationship building skills – demonstrating the experience of being a true business partner: a trusted adviser and critical friend Demonstrable experience of supporting leaders and managers with their people responsibilities whilst taking a business partnering approach Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills Experience of delivering projects or initiatives in the areas of reward and recognition, employee engagement, TUPE, payroll and pensions, change management, occupational health, employee surveys including external sources such as Best Companies, health and wellbeing, policy development, and consultation Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Civic and Social Organizations Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at One Manchester by 2x Get notified about new Business Partner jobs in Manchester Area, United Kingdom .
