As a Hire Controller, you’ll be responsible for looking after our customers, building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better. In this role, you’ll deliver a top-tier service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your day will involve communicating with customers via phone, email, and website requests. You’ll manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, owning the customer journey and fostering relationships with regular clients. You’ll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure we provide the best experience and continuously improve our service.
