Project Manager- Halo Implementation

Our customer is a leading Managed Service Provider dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of Halo, a comprehensive service management platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Job Description: Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Halo. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Halo, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the IT/MSP sector. Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in Halo implementation. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project). PMP / PRINCE II certification Contract role: 12 months Rates: Competitive #J-18808-Ljbffr
