As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting site audits and safety checks, ensuring compliance for the company and client. You will coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality and compliance with standards such as NR SROH and NRSWA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Carrying out joint site meetings with clients and stakeholders. Surveying and marking existing services within the work area. Identifying locations requiring DFE\’S and updating job notes. Providing regular updates and reports to the office and Project Manager. Conducting daily toolbox and safety audits. Performing Safe to Start audits prior to job commencement. Monitoring ongoing works through in-progress audits and coaching operatives. Ensuring gangs have all necessary equipment and permits. Maintaining accurate daily records of work and issues. Investigating incidents, near misses, and quality issues, applying root cause analysis. Requirements: Experience and strong understanding of the SROH and NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor level. Knowledge of telecoms and civils industry. IT skills for liaising with group works control. Understanding of permit to work schemes and noticing. Effective communication skills and ability to prioritize work. Confidence working under tight timescales. Reinstatement experience is an advantage. Ability to understand clients\’ quality requirements. Experience managing civils/utilities gangs preferred. Why work in Circet? Full clean driving license.
