We are seeking a .NET Web Systems developer to join our expanding development team, working on diverse web projects. You will primarily develop large-scale, high-quality web solutions using .NET-based content management platforms for our key clients. We desire an experienced .NET Web Systems developer with a genuine interest in career progression in development.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop .NET-based CMS solutions that provide business value and high ROI for clients
- Collaborate with UI developers and designers to translate designs into content-managed websites
- Work with project managers to ensure project success within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality, scalable, maintainable code
- Handle projects of various sizes and types, from new builds to retainer and ad-hoc work across sectors
Core Knowledge and Skills:
- Passion for web development and understanding of the digital landscape
- Experience with .NET CMS platforms like Kentico and Umbraco
- Experience in a digital agency or client-facing roles
- Ability to create fast, scalable, reliable solutions, including third-party integrations
- Exposure to React and collaboration with UI developers
- Degree qualification
Qualification/Experience Requirements:
- Solid experience with .NET Core
- Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, and REST APIs
- Experience with various web solution types (MVC, SPA, WebForms, SSR, API-Centric, Microservices) and application types (e-commerce, rich internet apps, portals, CMS web apps)
- Experience with MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps, GIT
- Ability to support project scoping, solution proposing, and task defining
- Self-motivated with strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous about quality and producing readable, well-written code
