Our school is based in the London Borough of Harrow, to the North West of Pinner. The school is inclusive to all and provides a high quality, broad and balanced curriculum, which is appropriate for children of all abilities, irrespective of their ethnicity, social background or faith. Pinner Park is a large primary school, with over 870 students.

About you

We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who will:

  • Lead and inspire our Nursery and Reception teams, ensuring exceptional provision and outcomes in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Support the SENDCo in delivering and maintaining high standards of inclusive practice across the school.
  • Lead, manage, and develop high-quality teaching and learning within their phase.
  • Play a strategic role in enabling our disadvantaged pupils to make accelerated progress.
  • Inspire a love of learning in both staff and pupils.
  • Motivate and develop positive relationships with staff, parents, and children.
  • Lead by example, modelling excellent practice and contributing to the school’s vision and ethos.
