The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

JOB PURPOSE: This role is known for executing the business plan; by having the right car, in the right place, at the right time and through fluid and agile management of the car park and ready line to ensure customer service flow.

JOB DUTIES:

  • FLEET PLANNING: Ensures fleet volume and mix is available to meet the business requirements on a daily and weekly basis, including prioritisation for gold customers. Communicates the fleet plan to the location team and works with logistics and other locations to transport vehicles.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Positively influences customer service by ensuring the right car is in the right place, at the right time to meet the needs of our customers and positively impact their experience with Hertz. Ensures all customer areas within location are fit for purpose; toilets functional, clean etc.
  • CONTROL & AUDIT: Ensures the location is compliant with health and safety standards. Audits have been completed to ensure vehicles are of a rent-able standard and risk assessments for buildings, the car park, outsourced cleaning partners and fuel are completed and up-to-date.
  • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Liaises with logistics, property and facility management in Head Office and maintains relationships with vendors such as offsite body shops, tyre and windscreen replacement companies.
  • FINANCIAL ACUMEN: Understands and contributes to the airport P&L, in line with shift management, to maximise the commercial contribution.
