Primary Purpose of the Role
Coordinate, support, and advise on all aspects of Health and Safety, establishing, managing, and monitoring standards, processes, training, and systems to ensure responsibilities are adhered to. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations and processes.
Key Tasks
- Ensure a safe workplace environment.
- Adhere to and regularly review health & safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Meet statutory obligations including training and reporting.
- Conduct and review risk assessments for all equipment and operations.
- Document, investigate, and recommend improvements for all accidents.
- Maintain accurate health and safety training records.
- Develop and communicate health & safety policies and systems.
- Coordinate health & safety training programs.
- Stay updated with relevant legislation and communicate changes.
- Manage health & safety committee meetings and ensure action points are completed.

Education & Qualifications- NEBOSH & ISOSH Experience
- NEBOSH (general Certificate), IOSH membership, H&S investigations, policy formulation and revision, COSH
- Confidentiality, teamwork, planning, organizational, adaptability, initiative, data analysis, Microsoft skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, cooperative, self-motivated
