MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Bolton, Greater Manchester to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Details:
- Available as soon as possible. Notice periods taken into consideration.
- Part-time opportunity, Thursdays & Fridays 8.45 am-5 pm.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be managing a stable and well-established list of NHS, Denplan, and Fee Per Item patients.
- NHS contract worth £88,000 plus average Private earnings of £40,000 (FTE).
- 2600 UDAs at a £negotiable UDA rate plus 50% of Private fees.
- Private incentive bonus scheme allowing Associates to earn up to 60% Private.
- The monthly training and CPD plan worth £2000 per annum.
- Optional co-funding for post-graduate development with an average contribution of £3000.
- 50/50 split on lab bills.
- The dentist will have the support of Treatment Co-Ordinators and Hygienists to maximise clinical time.
- Computerised with iTero Scanner, Digital X-rays, and OPG Machine.
- The practice offers a mixture of General Dentistry, Implants, Invisalign, Oral Surgery, Facial Aesthetics, Private Endodontics, and Sedation.
