GSF Car Parts is seeking a highly organised and results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our night shift operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety standards are upheld throughout overnight operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of night shift warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates, team leaders, and supervisors to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Collaborate with day shift management to ensure smooth handovers and operational continuity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Deliver regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, in line with OSHA standards.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Work cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to meet delivery deadlines and service level agreements.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
