Occupational Health Advisor - Durham

OH Medical is proud to be working in partnership with an in-house Occupational Health service based in Durham, currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a professional, confidential, and comprehensive Occupational Health service to all staff. Conduct health assessments and statutory health surveillance to determine fitness for role and support needs. Manage case referrals to support employee recovery and return to work. Monitor and review employee health following sickness absence, injury, or exposure to workplace hazards. Support health promotion initiatives and contribute to proactive wellbeing strategies. What We’re Looking For: Registered Nurse with relevant OH qualifications or experience in a similar Occupational Health Advisor role. Strong case management and clinical assessment skills. Commitment to upholding confidentiality and supporting staff wellbeing across the organisation.
