What does the role entail?
- Maximize operational performance by leading, motivating, training, and developing the workforce, ensuring customer requirements and operational targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards, promoting best practices.
- Keep Co-Pack lines running at maximum capacity to meet KPIs.
- Assist on the line during breaks to maintain continuous operation.
- Communicate effectively with FLMs, Shift Managers, and operational staff.
- Address underperformance and ensure adherence to run rate targets.
- Prepare stock setup and coordinate replenishment with relevant teams.
- Manage staffing deployment across lines, ensuring rotation and efficiency.
What do we need from you?
- Experience with Co-Pack or packaging line/machinery is essential.
- Food Hygiene/Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Practical logistics experience and familiarity with Manual Handling Procedures are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Leadership skills to manage up to 16 staff members.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results.
- Coaching and active listening skills.
- Various MHE licenses (PPT, Reach Forklift) are a plus.
