Groundsperson urgently required to work with our client the Northern Ireland Housing Executive based in Rathcoole Drive, Newtownabbey. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8am until 4.30pm and Friday 8am until 1pm with an hourly rate of £11.98. Initially this position will be for 3 months with the possibility of an extension based on job performance. The main duties include: Maintenance on shrub beds and grassed areas Removing dead trees and planting new trees Operating mowers and sharpen the blades safely Maintaining cleanliness of grounds and collecting litter Reporting any potential Public Liability Claims(PLICs) hazards to the District Office for repair Placing signs and fences in areas causing safety hazard as required What We Need From You: At least 1 years ground maintenance experience.
