At TLT, we are recruiting for a Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Senior Paralegal to join our Real Estate Services team in Bristol. This full-time position is ideal for a legal professional with a real estate background seeking progression opportunities.
Your Role
- Handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and estate management work for commercial real estate clients, including licences to assign and lease renewals.
- Engaging in project work such as due diligence for refinancing, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, and lease reports.
- Providing high-quality service to clients following the Firm’s procedures.
- Maintaining and developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Your Skills & Experience
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chartered Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal with a background in commercial property law.
- Strong file management, communication, drafting, and billing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload.
- Outstanding communication skills, especially via telephone.
- An enthusiastic, collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn and develop in development, housing, and commercial property law.
