Are you a creative and experienced bar leader ready to shape one of London's most exciting beverage programmes? We're recruiting for a Bar Manager for one of London's most exciting lifestyle hotels to find a dynamic Bar Manager to take charge of a vibrant and innovative bar in a popular all-day restaurant situated in Shepherds Bush.

As Bar Manager, you'll take full ownership of a fast-paced bar operation, leading from the front with a hands-on approach.

You will:

  • Drive the bar operation in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Develop an on-trend, seasonal beverage programme to reflect the venue's unique fusion concept
  • Create a destination bar experience with innovative cocktails and quality service
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of bartenders, training them to compete at the highest levels
  • Own the full beverage P&L, from cost control to supplier management and stocktake
  • Stay ahead of trends and collaborate on creative brand activations

About You:

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a senior bar or beverage management role
  • A background in cocktail menu development, ideally within a premium or lifestyle venue
  • Strong stock and cost control knowledge
  • Confidence working with drinks brands and account managers
  • POS and beverage software experience (FnB Shop knowledge is a plus)
  • Leadership that empowers teams and cultivates a fun, inclusive environment
