Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Search for and screen CVs that meet our requirements. Review and shortlist job applicants. Conduct initial interviews, either in person or virtually. Make recommendations to hiring managers for final interviews.
- HR Documentation Management: Prepare and manage HR-related documents, including new starter contracts, offer letters, and onboarding letters. Assist in managing disciplinary meetings and other employee relations tasks as needed.
- General HR Support: Provide support on various HR tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR function within Tecna UK.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
Working Hours & Environment
- This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 to 4 days a week based in our office.
- Core working hours are between 9am – 3pm (flexible).
- Flexibility with hours, ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week.
