What you will be doing:
- Assisting client employees with tuition assistance provided by their employer.
- Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, its mission, values, and philosophy.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction with both internal and external customers.
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner according to service level standards.
- Meeting minimum performance standards.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Schedule
EdAssist operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm MST. Your schedule will be within this timeframe.
Training
Mandatory paid classroom training begins on 6/30/2025 at our Westminster office, where you'll learn about Bright Horizons, EdAssist, and the tools you'll need for success. Attendance is mandatory, with a scheduled training week Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm until training completion.
Salary and Compensation
The starting pay rate is $18.75 per hour. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
