OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join a leading Occupational Health Provider, in a Part-Time (15 hours Thursday & Friday) Permanent role. This exciting site based opportunity will see you join a multidisciplinary team in Weybridge.

The Role: This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to provide an on-site Treatment and Occupational Health Service that operates to high clinical standards. Your duties will include:

  • Deliver immunisation and advice services following guidelines and protocols.
  • Provide clinical assessment, treatment, and fitness-for-work evaluations.
  • Offer professional support to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct health surveillance and promote workplace wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with legal and professional standards.
  • Adapt flexibly to service and professional needs.

Required Skills: To be the successful Occupational Health Nurse candidate for this role, you'll be:

  • An NMC Registered Nurse.
  • Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health is preferred.
  • Previously experienced in Occupational Health Nursing is preferred.
  • Previously experienced in A&E or Intensive Care Nursing.
  • Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, and administrative abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
  • Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Data Protection and confidentiality standards.

Salary & Benefits: In return for your expertise as the Occupational Health Nurse, you will receive:

  • A competitive salary of £36,000 – £39,000 Pro Rata, commensurate with your experience and qualification level.
