OpenShift Developer (Banking) Glasgow, Scotland – 2 days per week in office £55,000 – £65,000 Join a team of 6 OpenShift & Avaloq (core banking system) experts to implement and stabilise highly scalable applications within the bank. You’re an OpenShift developer experienced in applications within a bank or financial institution, looking to hone your skills in a niche, in-demand market. Your challenge The bank is using Avaloq as its core banking system, looking for a new OpenShift specialist or Avaloq ACPR Developer to take ownership of development and building new capabilities on OpenShift. You’ll join a team of 6 experts implementing new data flows, scalable applications, new functionalities, and replacing Java connectivity on the bank\’s static application, Avaloq. The team work in the office 2 days per week in Glasgow. The bank’s Avaloq platform has over 200 people working on the platform in over 5 regions, making this a massive project with big budgets. Upcoming implementations include an e banking platform, new data flow tool, and new data segregation tool. About you You’re an OpenShift developer living within a commutable distance from Glasgow, with banking experience. OR, you’re an Avaloq developer with OpenShift experience.
