We are searching for a data-driven Ecommerce & Web Manager to take our online presence to the next level. If you are analytical minded with experience in web development and ecommerce portfolio management and you are ready to join a fast-paced, growing team, we want to hear from you!

About Us:

Telementum was established in 2021 as a holding company for some of the largest and most recognized brands in mobile accessories. From product, distribution, logistics, and business insights, Telementum is changing the category with fresh solutions to our customers' challenges and outstanding products to consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Best-In-Class DTC Experience: Manage global eCommerce operations, including product catalog management, product positioning and merchandising, order workflows, and inventory coordination to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage Timely Product & Seasonal Launches: Work closely with demand planning, operations and marketing teams to deliver on-time product launches and web campaigns across the US, UK, EU, and Australian markets, monitoring web inventory to ensure full availability for a seamless customer experience.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Report and monitor category and product sales, website traffic and engagement & regional and competitive trends. Analyse user behaviour and conversion metrics to drive action.
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Website Operations: Launch web updates & promotions, maintain site navigation and search functionality, and implement A/B testing to refine the web experience, while ensuring ADA and GDPR compliance.
  • Develop & Implement SEO & Content Strategies: Define and implement strategies to enhance site speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO performance. Develop and implement search optimised web content and internal linking strategies to ensure the on-site experience is always up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • eCommerce & Marketplace Platform Knowledge: Shopify, Instagram & TikTok Shop
  • Analytical minded with experience in Google Analytics, Excel & Looker Studio
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Customer-centric—you understand what makes an e-commerce experience intuitive and seamless—and you are always looking for ways to refine it
  • HTML experience
  • Knowledge of ADA and GDPR policies
  • Experience with international markets preferred
