We’re looking for an experienced Earthworks Foreman to manage the day-to-day operations of earthworks activities on the HS2 project . You’ll be the go-to person for overseeing teams, equipment, and materials, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What You’ll Do: Safety First: Oversee health, safety, and environmental practices, ensuring compliance daily. Boost Efficiency: Work with supervisors to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Quality Control: Ensure construction methods and ITPs are followed for top-quality work. Material Management: Order and manage materials to keep the work flowing seamlessly. Team Performance: Provide key feedback and lead by example to keep the team on track. What You Bring: 10+ years in the industry, with 5+ years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of GPS machine guidance. Operator experience. SMSTS qualification and CSCS Gold Card. Leadership skills and the ability to work with clients and team members professionally.
