Hospital-Based | West Midlands | Up to £70,000 DOE | 1 Week On, 2 Weeks Off We’re working with a busy, well-equipped small animal hospital in the West Midlands that’s looking to welcome an experienced Night Vet to the team. This role offers a fantastic 7-on, 14-off rota , giving you extended downtime while working in a modern hospital setting with referral-level caseload and facilities. The Role 7 nights on, 14 nights off (7pm–8am) Opportunity to pick up day shifts if desired Annualised holiday hours for built-in flexibility Hospital-based with a stable, insured client base Work alongside experienced overnight nursing support Location Highlights Easily accessible from major road links Close to Birmingham Airport for convenient travel Situated within reach of countryside and city life What\’s on Offer Salary up to £70,000 , depending on experience RCVS & VDS fees paid CPD and certificate support (clinical and financial) Access to referral-level cases and specialist equipment Support from a 16-vet team, including 7 certificate holders Modern hospital with CT scanner , dental suite , 12 theatres , and full lab facilities About the Team 16 vets, including postgrads in cardiology, dermatology, ophthalmology, medicine, dentistry, soft tissue & orthopaedic surgery Supportive structure for vets working toward certificates Excellent overnight nursing team on-site Award-winning culture with a focus on wellbeing and development Why Consider This Role?
