About Wincent: We are a team of 120 people, primarily Engineers, Traders, and Quants, focused on HFT with approximately 1% of global crypto trading volume. Our unique approach includes:

About The Position: Join top global talent to solve complex algorithmic challenges in crypto trading. Collaborate with engineers from Facebook and Google to build a world-class trading platform that executes orders across 10+ crypto exchanges.
About The DevOps Team: Our DevOps team focuses on optimizing infrastructure, networking, and cloud performance to ensure market competitiveness. Responsibilities include:
- Optimizing AWS infrastructure
- Reducing latency between components
- Developing resilient infrastructure across regions
What We Expect From You:
- Engineering Experience: 3+ years
- Strong coding skills with Terraform and Ansible
- Experience troubleshooting Kubernetes and Docker, app debugging, profiling, network administration
- Knowledge of AWS and other clouds, networking, and monitoring
