This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced telesales professional to advance their career with the UK’s #1 independent provider of voice, connectivity, mobile, phone systems, and cloud services.
Salary: Up to £24,000 DOE
Commission: £50 per Saturday appointment, 5% of gross profit on sales made from your leads, OTE - £40K
Location: Various Locations - Office Based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
This role is ideal for a self-sufficient, passionate, innovative high achiever. It is a key sales position within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Source, research, and prospect new business opportunities and follow up.
- Accurately and efficiently input and maintain customer information in the company database.
- Make outgoing calls to book appointments for the field sales team.
- Understand potential clients’ communication needs.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline.
- Achieve a daily target of booked appointments.
- Report on sales opportunities.
- Participate in training and development with colleagues.
- Report personal commissions.
- Lead telesales activities in the absence of the manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven telesales, telemarketing, or IT experience is advantageous.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Team player.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Previous Telesales Executive experience preferred.
- Experience in telesales/telemarketing within the IT sector is desirable.
