Our East Coast headquartered US firm client is looking to add a 3-6 PQE Solicitor to the London Capital Markets team.
The individual will have a focus on English Law Equity Capital Markets and in addition, either UK public M&A experience or UK Debt Capital Markets experience. The firm provides its clients with a complete suite of legal services for Capital Markets work, offering English and US law expertise under one roof, across ECM, English law DCM and US High Yield offerings. The team's track record includes offerings on the LSE, NYSE and Nasdaq and Euronext, as well as big-ticket public M&A transactions.
The on-the-ground resources and experience in London allow the firm to anticipate and to address the myriad compliance and regulatory challenges which can confront clients on their securities offerings and as public companies. Lawyers also regularly advise on board-related compliance matters and provide strategic advice and support to corporate, governmental and investment banking clients across EMEA.
