A construction contractor that provides planned and reactive maintenance in the Rail, Health and Education sectors, as well as performing small civil engineering works across the South and East of England, is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Coordinator in their office in St Albans.
Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming reactive maintenance helpdesk jobs on various contracts, raising, allocating, reviewing, reworking and signing off.
- Liaising with engineers and subcontractors throughout the day.
- Monitoring the CAFM system daily to ensure that helpdesk faults and work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Handling incoming calls and making outgoing calls as required.
- Managing daily emails, personal and helpdesk mailbox, responding and actioning as required.
- Completing administration tasks including daily reporting and signing off work.
Helpdesk Coordinator will need:
- Experience with planning and scheduling of engineers.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance.
- The ability to make decisions, take ownership and use initiative to resolve problems.
- Exceptional customer service and administration skills.
- Previous experience using a CAFM system.
Helpdesk Coordinator will be paid up to £28k + Package + Holiday.
