Domiciliary Care Manager – Southampton – Up to £40,000 (Pro Rata)\\n Part-Time (Full-Time Considered) | Established Domiciliary Care Company\\n\\n I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable domiciliary care provider in Southampton, currently seeking an experienced and driven Domiciliary Care Manager to join their team on a part-time basis (with flexibility for full-time if preferred).\\n This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a stable and supportive organisation that prides itself on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes.\\n\\n The Role:\\n As the Domiciliary Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance, staff performance, and excellent standards of care.
