Financial Controller      \\n\\nThe Financial Controller will lead the finance and accounting function (Payroll Manager, Payroll Admin, Billings Manager and Accounts Assistant), ensuring robust financial control, compliance, and reporting. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making, managing budgets, streamlining financial processes, and ensuring alignment with company goals.\\n\\nThe role:\\n\\nOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.\\n\\t\\nMonitor and optimise cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.\\n\\t\\nManage banking relationships and oversee debt and financing facilities.\\n\\t\\nDevelop internal controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate financial risk.\\n\\t\\nEnsure robust systems for fraud prevention, expense control, and regulatory compliance.\\n\\t\\nLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.\\n\\t\\nDrive a culture of continuous improvement, financial accountability, and transparency.\\n\\t\\nCollaborate cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and Business Support to align finance with business needs.\\n\\t\\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.\\n\\t\\nLead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.\\n\\t\\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal financial and tax regulations.\\n\\t\\nManage the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.\\n\\t\\nDevelop and monitor key financial KPIs and performance metrics across divisions.\\n\\t\\nAnalyse costs, pricing, and profitability across service lines and contracts.\\n\\t\\nProvide financial input for new bids, contract renewals, and commercial proposals.\\n\\t\\nCollaborate with operations and HR to ensure accurate labour costing and forecasting.\\n\\t\\nSupport financial modelling for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, or expansion plans.\\n\\nSkills & Experience Required:\\n\\nACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant\\n\\t\\nA proven track record in a similar role as Financial Controller or Finance Manager\\n\\t\\nExperience working within a service-based industry would be an advantage e.g. facilities management and commercial cleaning\\n\\t\\nExperience with multi-site operations and complex payroll with a large workforce
