Location: Basingstoke – Hybrid – Three Days In Office

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Salary: Competitive Salary and Up to 12% Bonus

As the Fleet Product and Change Manager, you will spearhead the transformation of fleet service design with cutting-edge solutions. Your role involves leading technological advancements to achieve outstanding fleet outcomes and ensuring operational efficiency across all solutions. You will shape fleet strategy, advocate for the company's ESG-first approach to fleet management, and implement effective change management strategies to drive continuous improvement.

What will I be doing?

  • Driving the transformation of fleet service design using structured techniques and innovative solutions, particularly in the alternative vehicle space
  • Leading the development and integration of technological solutions to achieve exceptional fleet outcomes across vehicle and driver disciplines
  • Managing and optimising the fleet data structure to deliver actionable insights on performance and environmental impact
  • Implementing effective change management strategies to drive continuous improvement
  • Leading and representing the AA's ESG-first approach to fleet management, both internally and externally
  • Demonstrating adaptability and emotional intelligence to drive impactful outcomes and foster positive relationships
  • Influencing fleet strategy with impactful insights and recommendations
  • Utilising professional knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence in fleet management
