As the Fleet Product and Change Manager, you will spearhead the transformation of fleet service design with cutting-edge solutions. Your role involves leading technological advancements to achieve outstanding fleet outcomes and ensuring operational efficiency across all solutions. You will shape fleet strategy, advocate for the company's ESG-first approach to fleet management, and implement effective change management strategies to drive continuous improvement.
What will I be doing?
- Driving the transformation of fleet service design using structured techniques and innovative solutions, particularly in the alternative vehicle space
- Leading the development and integration of technological solutions to achieve exceptional fleet outcomes across vehicle and driver disciplines
- Managing and optimising the fleet data structure to deliver actionable insights on performance and environmental impact
- Implementing effective change management strategies to drive continuous improvement
- Leading and representing the AA's ESG-first approach to fleet management, both internally and externally
- Demonstrating adaptability and emotional intelligence to drive impactful outcomes and foster positive relationships
- Influencing fleet strategy with impactful insights and recommendations
- Utilising professional knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence in fleet management

- Proven expertise in managing and designing fleet services within leasing, transport, or logistics sectors ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment
