Project Manager (Aerospace - Composites)

Job Title: Mid-Level Project Manager (Aerospace – Composites) Full time / Hybrid Location: Bristol (Hybrid On-site 3 days per week) Contract Length: 6-month initial contract, with the likelihood of extension up to 2 years+ Rate: PAYE Up to £406 per day (Inside IR35) Umbrella Up to £485 per day We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager with aerospace experience, ideally in composites structures, to join our team for an exciting contract opportunity based in Bristol . This is a hybrid role , requiring on-site presence 2 days per week, with flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver projects related to aerospace structures, with a focus on composites. Oversee RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management to ensure projects stay on track. Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. Handle stakeholder management, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across teams. Track and report on finance, ensuring that all activities align with project objectives and budget. Provide project support from concept through to implementation, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met. Must-Haves Experience working as a project manager (not programme management level). As a guide, 5+ years Project Management experience and an Aerospace/Engineering background often works well. Aerospace industry experience, ideally with composites structures. Engineers who have moved into Project Management often work well in this area.
