About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Team Administrator to join a dynamic team based in White City. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with HR knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and wider department
  • Handle day-to-day HR-related tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating interviews
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate team calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Assist with event coordination and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and hard copy)
  • Support with ad hoc projects and general office duties

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong administrative background with proven experience in a team support role
  • Basic HR experience or knowledge of HR processes
