OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full-Time Permanent role. This exciting hybrid role requires 1-2 days per week at the Client site in Inchinnan.
The Role: This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a multidisciplinary team to provide a full remit Occupational Health Service operating to high clinical standards. Your duties will include:
- Management referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
- Supporting with Health Surveillance, Fitness to Work Medicals & interpreting results New Entrants Medicals.
- Providing other OH services where required, such as Vaccinations, Travel Health Services, Ergonomic Advice, or Health Promotion.
- Providing clinical supervision and support to junior team members, such as OH Technicians.
Required Skills: To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be:
- An NMC Registered Nurse.
- Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Health.
- Prior experience in Occupational Health with proficiency in the provision of:
- Spirometry
- Audiometry
- General Medicals
- Drug and Alcohol screening
- Case Management
- Fitness for role assessments
