Financial Accountant\\n\\nLocation: St. Albans\\nReporting to: Head of Finance\\nSalary: £60k per annum\\nType: Full time, HybridDovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in St. Albans.\\n\\nRole Purpose\\n\\nLead the preparation and delivery of year-end annual financial reports.\\nEnsure accurate and compliant financial accounting across the organisation.\\nSupport the Head of Finance with day-to-day financial operations and key projects.\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\nTake full responsibility for the production of annual statutory accounts and financial statements.\\nManage all aspects of financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.\\nOversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data.\\nWork closely with auditors and act as the main point of contact during audits.\\nProvide financial insight and analysis to support decision-making across the organisation.
