Specification Business Development Manager\\nField-Based | 2–3 Days/Week in London Showroom\\nFull-Time | £40,000 – £43,000 + Car Allowance + Commission + Benefits\\n\\nJoin a fast-growing, innovation-led business at the forefront of sustainable instant water solutions. We design and deliver premium boiling, chilled, and sparkling water systems for commercial environments—combining high-quality engineering with outstanding customer experience.\\n\\nWe’re looking for a professional, proactive, and driven Specification Business Development Manager to help grow our brand across the architecture, design, and commercial interiors sectors.\\n\\nThe Role:\\nYou’ll be responsible for promoting and specifying premium water systems into commercial projects through close collaboration with architects, designers, fit-out firms, and end-user clients. From initial engagement to project delivery, you’ll manage relationships and drive new opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities of the Specification Business Development Manager:\\n\\n * Promote and generate specifications by showcasing our product range to architects, designers, and fit-out companies.\\n\\n * Support commercial end-user projects from initial brief to final installation.\\n\\n * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain accurate project records using CRM systems (Dynamics).\\n\\n * Deliver engaging CPD presentations to clients and industry bodies.\\n\\n * Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.\\n\\n * Provide excellent account management and customer service to existing clients.\\n\\n * Maintain a rolling pipeline of short-, medium-, and long-term projects to meet sales targets.\\n\\n * Regularly report on area performance, client feedback, and product insights.\\n\\nIdeal Candidate Profile of the Specification Business Development Manager:\\n\\n * Background in specification or technical sales, preferably within kitchen, bathroom, interiors, or commercial fit-out industries.\\n\\n * Strong presentation skills, with confidence delivering CPDs and client pitches.\\n\\n * Familiar with CRM and ERP systems (Dynamics preferred).\\n\\n * Able to manage time, priorities, and client engagements independently.\\n\\n * Self-starter with a results-driven, professional mindset.\\n\\nDesirable (but not essential):\\n\\n * Knowledge of industry standards/accreditations: RIBA, SKA, BREEAM, WELL.\\n\\n * Experience with water systems, taps, or interior product specifications.\\n\\n * Existing network within architecture, design, or construction sectors.\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer for the Specification Business Development Manager:\\n\\n * Competitive salary plus uncapped commission.\\n\\n * Clear opportunities for progression in a high-growth company.\\n\\n * Access to a stylish London showroom and innovative product portfolio.\\n\\n * Work alongside a passionate, collaborative team driving sustainability in commercial design
