An ongoing need for further operatives is required for a full time Stove and Fireplace Installer (Hetas and Gas Safe) based in the famous New Kings Road South West London to join a thriving and expanding family run business. The successful candidate will earn £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications to start immediately.
Role Requirements:
- Gas Safe Engineer
- HETAS H003 & H006
- Experience of Fireplace Installation including limestone, wood, cast iron including all building works incorporated with this i.e. adjusting builder’s opening (incl. lintels). (Plastering not required)
- Experience in Electric, gas and ethanol fire installation
- On site experience of high end, complex stove and fire installation and fireplaces to the highest standard.
- Servicing gas fires previously installed by the company will form part of the job specification and training will be provided on main manufacturer’s appliances if not familiar with these.
- Maintenance, repairs, problem solving and chimney sweeping and flue installations.
- A professional, presentable appearance and a keen positive attitude to work.
- Self-motivated, flexible, independent and happy to take and follow instructions and guidance from in house technical.
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Manual working and working at heights is involved
- Full UK Driving Licence (Ideally Clean)
- Eligible to work in the UK

Their showroom showcases many high-end manufacturers in stone, slate, granite, wood and marble fireplace surrounds, all types of gas fires and fire basket. The company also design and build fabricated steel chamber boxes, trims and frames.
They have an in-house design team for Media walls and a large range of ethanol fires from leading manufacturers in Europe and United Kingdom, they pride themselves on providing excellent service from initial concept to final installation.
