The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You will be joining the European Short Duration Sales team with a primary focus of repo across the Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) division. The mandate will allow you to provide client coverage and execution across a broad set of products in the 0–2-year financing and money market space.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the repo, money markets and short-term rates & credit markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Pension funds, Insurance companies and Securities Lenders.
  • Provide clients and stakeholders with daily market colour, insights, trade ideas & financing solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and developments to stay informed about industry changes and regulation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, sales, risk management, legal, client onboarding & operations for full ownership of the client lifecycle.
  • Trade origination and execution via voice on electronic venues and responsible for e-flow data analytics.

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous relevant experience in repo, financing, or related sales roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of repo markets, securities lending, financing structures & money markets.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Coding an advantage but not essential.
