Early Years Personal Tutor

Location : Remote-based with learner observations. Multiple vacancies available across London, Bedfordshire, Norfolk, and Yorkshire. As a Personal Tutor , you will plan and deliver inspiring teaching and learning experiences, tailored to the needs of learners and employers. You will adapt your delivery using various methods and provide feedback to ensure an outstanding experience for all. Key Responsibilities Motivate and encourage learners to achieve their Early Years qualifications through excellent teaching and learning. Retain learners and employers by delivering consistent, high-quality service aligned with our core values, shaping the future today. Support the learning process using accessible resources, Elevate workshops, and facilitating workplace on-the-job training as required. Plan engaging, interactive sessions employing various methods to promote active learning, ensuring it is documented properly.
