The Battersea General Store is recruiting a General Store Assistant at London Battersea Power Station. Job Introduction We currently have an opportunity for a General Store Assistant to join our Food and Beverage team. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join our team. Role Responsibility As a store general assistant, you will be responsible for: Customer service Ensuring the store is clean and tidy Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed Operating the tills Filling stock from warehouse to shelves Unloading deliveries and ensuring stock rotation Helping with the cleaning of the store Following instructions from management The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate for this role will have: Good customer service and communication skills Ability to demonstrate great teamwork Experience working in a similar environment A basic knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety In this role, you may occasionally be required to travel to other locations. Package Description Great opportunity to join our store team. This site has a \’One Team\’ ethos, where successful applicants will have a \’can do\’ attitude to all areas of our responsibilities. You will be required to work 5 out of 7 shifts, and a weekend day will be included. The shifts are 6.30 to 14.30 or 13.30 to 23.15. We do ask for you to be flexible with your working days.
