The Systems Analyst (Salesforce) plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' information systems meet the organisation's needs effectively and efficiently. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the Information Systems Team, you will help translate business requirements into robust system solutions. Your work will support the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of systems to ensure they deliver real value to the organisation.

The Systems Analyst (Salesforce) will be responsible for testing configuration, creating testing environments and scripts to allow testers a structured approach to development evaluations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Administration of our clients' Information Systems, Salesforce in particular.
  • Management of incident tickets raised by Salesforce users, ensuring timely and effective first-line support.
  • Provide user training and support, including creating and delivering training materials and training programmes.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the business.
